Blood Tests Conditions
Important:Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping of blood test kits from our clinic. If you have not received your kit within 5 days, please contact us to follow-up.All Blood Test Kit Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are on topical testosterone or oestrogen topical/gel cream do not order a finger prick test as it will distort the results.
If you are returning blood samples by post then please do not complete blood draws on Friday, Saturday or Sunday to avoid samples degrading before arriving at the laboratory for analysis.
Blood Tests do not include a doctor consult. If you’d like to have your results discussed with a doctor this can be arranged via our GP Service for a fee of £59. Please contact us if you’d like to book one of these post blood test results calls.
