What is the BMH Weight Loss Service?

Balance My Hormones Weight Loss Service is to assist current and non-current clients alike with managing their weight, Body Mass Index and those currently in Type II Diabetes.

How does the Weight Loss Service work?

First we must assess your health and see if you are eligible for treatment. If you meet treatment eligibility our Doctors will work with you to ensure an effective weight loss plan is put in place. Your ongoing treatment and progress are reviewed regularly ensuring you meet your weight loss goals.

Eligibility and your BMI

You must have a BMI Over 27, be clinically obese or have Type II Diabetes.

How we develop your Weight Loss plan

You will work with one of our specialist weight loss Doctors to determine the best course of action for your BMI and a treatment plan will be put in place that ensures you will get the most out of our service and any medication you are prescribed.

How we help support your weight loss journey

After an initial assessment with one of our Doctors each client gets a free of charge follow up call at 6 weeks and then has access to the Doctor when needed. As we monitor your weight loss and may adjust your prescription to ensure everything is on track and you are happy with the results. All prescriptions are issued by our own pharmacy The Hormonist.

How much does it cost?

The cost ranges from £160-£290 depending on medication and dosage.
