These guys are great. I am new to all of it but none of it has felt like a sales process. It’s like chatting to a mate. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been honest and given me the facts. I’ve spoken to a chap called Richard Holmes who’s been unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. My doctor -Martyn Bradley was very helpful and straight forward as well. Couldn’t fault these guys. They give a shit!
I spent months trying to find a business who could help me and I'm so glad I found BMH. Throughout the process I received seamless and responsive contact from Richard, who answered all my questions during an initial call, and continuously after the call via email.
I have recently had my consultation with a doctor and have finally beem given a plan moving forward.

Between the professional support from Dr Brink, my personal case manager (Shaistha) and the service team (who are always incredibly helpful), I couldn't be happier with the service the BMH provides. Throughout my 20's my hormones were "a mess", along with my mental health. I've now been working with BMH for the past 6 years; I'm 34 years old and not only is my mental health stable, my blood results (inc hormone levels) are the best they've ever been.

From my first consultation call to my initial injection, the entire process was seamless! I had the pleasure of working with Richard Holmes, and I can't speak highly enough of him. He was not only approachable and friendly, but also incredibly professional throughout. Richard took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt completely at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. I have been with Balance My Hormones Ltd now for several years. I do not have anything negative to say about them. If I get any problems it is sorted out as soon as possible. The staff that I have had contact with are friendly and helpful. Shaistha Bashir who looks after my case is a lovely lady, she can not do enough to help or organise my medication so I am feeling the best I can. The medical team always makes sure I have the best level of care ensuring the medication supplied is cost effective and high quality. I've had no cause for concern over the past two years and will be maintaining my care and treatment with them for the foreseeable future. After being on treatment for 12 months I was able to take advantage of additional savings for Testosterone etc. I would still highly recommend giving the team an opportunity to show you how they could take care of you. Any male over the age of 40 with symptoms of low Testosterone such as poor erections, middle aged spread, lack of physical performance at the gym and mental decline etc should be being tested for low Testosterone in my opinion and thats where balancemyhormones.co.uk come into play. My quality of life has improved 10 fold since starting treatment.

The staff are professional and courtious at all times, keeping me up to date and actually advocating on my behalf with the Dr to get me the best and most cost effective option. It was a very welcome surprise to have received a personal call from Mike the founder of Balance My Hormones to explain a very small delay.
