What happens if a can't draw enough blood for the sample?
Don’t worry, we can send you a replacement kit so you can try again or we can arrange a blood draw. (First replacement kit is free of charge but any subsequent kits will incur a £10 resend fee)
What happens if the sample clots or is unusable when reaches the lab?
This can sometimes happen with samples, we would offer a replacement kit or arrange for a venous sample to be taken as an alternative. (Blood draw options start from £45)
When do I take the tests?
The tests need to be taken on separate days in the morning before 11am and fasted.
How long until I receive the results?
Once the lab have received the sample we would expect the results within 3-5 working days.
