1. 12-Month Rolling Cycle
All of our packages are set on a 12-month rolling basis. There is no need for you to renew your package after each 12-month period; however, please note that any unused doctor consultations or blood tests will not roll over to the next cycle and will be forfeited at the end of each 12 months.
2. Restarting Entitlements
At the conclusion of each 12-month cycle, all entitlements will reset for the new 12-monthperiod. This means that unused consultations or tests will not be carried over, and clients cannot accumulate or “stockpile” entitlements for future use.
3. Lump-Sum Payments & Refunds
If you have paid for your package in full upfront and choose to leave the service before completing the full 12 months, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused months.
However, please note that clients are required to complete a minimum of 12 months before cancelling their package if remaining in the service.
4. Additional Costs for Extra Consultations
Once you have used your full entitlement for doctor consultations or blood tests, any additional consultations or tests will be charged at full cost.
5. Monthly Payments & No Refunds
For clients on a monthly payment plan, please note that payments made will not be refunded if you decide to leave the service before the end of the 12-month period.
6. Package Changes
Clients who wish to upgrade or downgrade their package can only do so after completing their initial 12-month term in their current package.
7. Doctor Consultations and Blood Tests
Your doctor consultations and blood tests are scheduled for you in equal installments throughout the year. However, if you wish to use any of these services outside of the scheduled
timing, please inform our BMH staff in advance so we can log it accordingly and accommodate your needs.
