Balance My Hormones Was founded in 2016 by Mike Kocsis

with the intent to help men and women in the UK and Europe through the journey of hormone treatments that are made difficult if not impossible from the NHS or other private offerings. BMH is an internationally recognised TRT Service which owns and operates a CQC registered private clinic in England, while working with some of the leading doctors in the industry, helping our patients overcome a range of hormone imbalances and other medical conditions. We specialise in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and we have a genuine passion to serve in an area that misunderstood by doctors and patients alike.

Leadership Team

Mike Kocsis

Mike Kocsis has an MBA with a focus on healthcare administration and is an entrepreneur and medical case manager for Balance My Hormones which offers medical services in the UK and Europe. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, much of that working with people who have hormone imbalances. Mike has appeared on podcasts and radio and is an expert speaker on the subject of hormone imbalance. He specialises in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and has helped thousands of people suffering from hormone imbalances recover and regain control of their lives. Ryan

Ryan is the Director of Operations for Balance My Hormones. He is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and is a retired United States Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. Ryan holds a Bachelors Degree in Homeland Security/Cyber Terrorism. He has spent the last 7 years managing numerous dental clinics across London. He has managed both NHS and Private Clinics while helping these businesses reach new heights. Ryan's goal is to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and that their journey is smooth while helping them achieve their optimal health goals.

Dr Bradley

At the forefront of TRT and hormone therapies, Dr Bradley proudly holds the position of Clinical Lead Doctor at Balance My Hormones. With an unwavering commitment to improving patient lives, he also dedicates three days weekly to the NHS, making significant contributions as a community psychiatrist.

As a vanguard in TRT and hormone treatments at Balance My Hormones, he's championed the cause of tailored therapies. He firmly believes in the axiom: one size doesn't fit all. Each patient presents a unique hormonal profile, demanding personalised attention. Testament to this approach, countless patients under his care have witnessed transformative results. New Enquiry & Blood Test Team

Rich

Rich is the manager of the Introductions Team and former Personal Case Manager. He provides support throughout treatment and works closely with the doctors to help coordinate the care of clients. He has extensive knowledge and experience with TRT from his own personal history of treatment. He has great knowledge of the effects of Performance Enhancing drugs can have on ones health and a long history of experience in health and fitness. He has a lot of interest and experience in mental health and strives to ensure its awareness is increased for both men and women. He has a focus on men in particular and how mental health issues often aren’t addressed but also how hormonal issues can contribute to mental health symptoms.

Laura

Laura is part of our appointment and bookings team at BMH. She has many years of experience in support and client-facing roles, including information, advice and guidance in training and education. Together with her team she organises and manages bookings for the doctor's consultations and appointments with our Personal Case Managers, being available to help our clients with any enquiries they may have.

Michael

Michael is part of the BMH blood test results and processing teams. He has a strong background in customer service roles and has good knowledge of TRT as is on treatment himself.

Clare

Clare has worked extensively in the education and care sector working with adults and children. She works in the blood test team at BMH and is responsible for coordination and organisation of blood test appointments and results.

Jennifer

Jennifer joined the Balance My Hormone team in 2024 as the Enquiries Coordinator. Prior to this Jennifer has worked in the Fitness, Pharmaceutical and Nursing realms ensuring clients are getting the best treatment possible. Jennifer's goal is to ensure that our clients are listened to and make starting their journey with Balance My Hormones as seamless as possible. When not at work Jennifer enjoys spending time in nature and has a keen interest in the gym and overall wellness.

Tara

Tara joined Balance My Hormones in March 2023 as Blood Test Kit Coordinator. She joined BMH after a career in child minding having worked in a nursery setting for several years. Since joining BMH Tara has helped develop the Blood Test Kit delivery process which she is responsible for sending out kits to all prospective and actual BMH clients. She is responsible processes over 600 kits in an average month and up to 1000 kits during peak periods. Tara also assists the Blood Test Support Team with booking links for phlebotomy blood draw services.

Dr Brink

Dr Johannes Brink has a background in General Practice and Surgery. He qualified in family practice with the North London Deanery in 2004 and obtained his FCS primary in Surgery at Groote Schuur Hospital in 2011. He is currently doing his post graduate studies in Endocrinology with the University of South Wales. GMC Number: 4160133

Dr Dan

I gained my MBBS Medical degree in 2007 from the Newcastle University. Prior to studying medicine I did a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Leeds. I did my initial post qualification training in Teeside. Since qualifying as a doctor, I passed my MRCGP examinations to become a qualified GP. I have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Dermatology with Distinction from Cardiff University.
Since 2012 I have worked in a variety of settings. I have spent significant time working in remote and rural settings in the Scottish Islands and Highlands. This included work in Emergency Medicine, inpatient management, General Practice and Dermatology. I have worked extensively on remote platforms as a doctor, in platform development as well as quality assurance and process development. I have had considerable experience in prescribing TRT, HRT and managing many other hormonal conditions. GMC reference no: 6150181

Client Support Team

Rachel

Rachel is the Client Support Team Manager for BMH. She has over 30 years of administration experience working specifically in office management and finance as well as mentoring and governing roles in education. She has NVQ3 higher level support in teaching and learning, RSA typing and Pitman Shorthand. Rachel is happy to help with anything to do with your payments and service.

Mandy Bansal

Mandy started at BMH in 2023 and is part of the Finance/Processing teams. She has a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from Brunel University. She has gained a variety of skills from sales, administration, finance to technical and mechanical knowledge whilst working for her family business in the automotive industry. Mandy has a keen interest in the conventional as well as holistic field of medicine. Her passions are health, animal welfare, yoga, painting and modified cars!

Mary

Mary started at BMH at the end of April 2021. She has a BSc(Hons) Open degree from the open University, specialising in health and social care subjects. Mary is our Treatment Plan Coordinator who liases with our pharmacies to ensure orders are placed in a timely manner. She has a wide range of pharmacy experience, from speaking to Pulmonary Rehab patient groups about taking their medicines to making up chemotherapy in isolators. Mary's vast experience has led to her working in GP surgery's reauthorisng repeat medication, reissuing acute medication and reconciling medication changes from hospital clinic appointments and inpatient stays as well a counselling patients on new or existing medications.

Shahanaz

Shahanaz has joined our BMH Team as a Prescription Clerk in 2021. She provides administrative support to our Doctors, Partners and team members, in processing and facilitating repeat prescriptions for our clients. She brings a wide knowledge of Pharmacy experience to the team along with an extensive background in Customer Care within the Pharmacy field. Shahanaz is passionate about building strong customer relations and maintains a high level of professionalism whilst delivering a personal service.

Samantha

Samantha is a part of the BMH processing team. She is a personable team player and has worked in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years. Working in areas such as urgent medical centres and organ donation. She is calm and collected under pressure and has a commitment around patient care. When not working, Samantha enjoys walking, catching sunsets, and spending time with her family. She also volunteers for a charity offering administrative support.

Personal Case Manager Team

Sha

Sha is one of the case managers at BMH. She is originally from South Africa, and holds a BSc honours degree in Nursing Science and a post graduate diploma in medical and surgical nursing, from one of South Africas leading Universities. She has extensive in hospital experience in both acute and chronic settings. She also has a great deal of international working experience not only in hospitals but also in customer services as well as retail, and has been a self employed small business owner for the last seven years. She provides our clients with the support they need throughout their journey with BMH and works closely with the Doctors and our other departments to facilitate and coordinate the care of clients in an Empathic, holistic and timely manner.

Oliver

Oliver is a Personal Case Manager. He has an extensive background in working with men with Hormone issues and was previously a Co-Director for the TDC - helping provide men with knowledge and support through their own TRT journey. He joined the TDC through his own difficulties in seeking TRT treatment in the UK and recognised the issues within the medical community, striving to help the community see Hormones in a positive and more favourable light by sharing knowledge and dispelling common myths. Olly has previously featured in podcasts and content surrounding the topic of Hormones, men's health and fitness topics. He has a special interest in all things Psychology related and is currently studying to work towards a degree. Further to this Olly has a varied background in Customer Service, Sales and eCommerce Web Development.

George

George is one of the Personal Case Mangers. Having qualified as Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral; specialising in Obesity & Diabetes, his primary skill set is around sleep hygiene, exercise science and nutrition. Having been in the Health & Fitness industry for many years, he has developed a deep understanding around hormonal health and passionate about supporting people in optimising their hormones, in pursuit of their health goals and longevity. Additionally has worked in various Public Health roles, including Health Promotion for children and young people and overseeing a community based Drug & Alcohol service and Smoking Cessation service.

Amanda

Amanda is the Senior Case Manager at Balance My Hormones, where she has dedicated over five years to assisting individuals with hormone deficiencies. With a wealth of experience, she has played a pivotal role in treating hundreds of men and women, helping them achieve optimal health and well-being. In her role, Amanda oversees the daily operations of the Personal Case Manager Team, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and support. Her extensive knowledge in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) makes her an invaluable resource for doctors and team members alike, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
Outside of her professional commitments, Amanda enjoys a peaceful life in the countryside. She takes pleasure in feeding her chickens and immersing herself in the tranquility of rural living.

Pulkit Arora is the Marketing Manager at BMH. Pulkit Arora is a highly motivated narrative filmmaker and Marketer with over 8 years of experience in the art of visual storytelling. His expertise extends to directing, editing, and producing captivating video content, which he skillfully markets to reach wider audiences.Pulkit’s creative prowess has earned him accolades, including awards for his short films, music videos, and mini-documentaries. Notably, his film ‘Happiness’ achieved recognition by making it to the Semifinals of the esteemed Realtime International Film Festival (RTF).

Dr. George Touliatos

Doctor Touliatos is a leading authority on TRT and a regular contributor to our YouTube channel. He is a physician who specialises in biopathology and is a former competitive bodybuilder and light heavy weight champion (2000, 2009, 2010, 2013). He is an expert in medical prevention and harm reduction regarding PEDs use in sports and HRT/TRT in men. He has contributed to the American Muscular Development magazine (2019), and extensively developed articles on anabolic.org & steriodabuse.org websites. He has his own weekly show on MD TV, known as ‘Ask Dr. Testosterone’, and has participated in several seminars across Greece and Cyprus, numerous TV and radio appearances, interviews in newspapers and websites, twice appearing in TRTrevolution.com.

Ritchie

Ritchie is from North East Lincolnshire and has first-hand experience with Testosterone Replacement Therapy, giving him a genuine understanding of what patients go through. Over the years, he’s worked with some of the UK’s leading TRT clinics — starting at MANUAL before going on to build Urban TRT from the ground up.
Now at Balance My Hormones, Ritchie is focused on making every patient’s journey as smooth and supportive as possible. He enjoys interacting with clients, ensuring they feel heard and cared for, while helping to drive the continued growth and success of Balance My Hormones.
