What can I say about Balance My hormones Absolutely brilliant Service and Mike is a very nice and knowledgeable guy knows his stuff, my case manager Amanda is absolutely brilliant and helps with every query that I have. I am new to all of it but none of it has felt like a sales process. It’s like chatting to a mate. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been honest and given me the facts. I’ve spoken to a chap called Richard Holmes who’s been unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. My doctor -Martyn Bradley was very helpful and straight forward as well. Couldn’t fault these guys. They give a shit!
I spent months trying to find a business who could help me and I'm so glad I found BMH. Throughout the process I received seamless and responsive contact from Richard, who answered all my questions during an initial call, and continuously after the call via email.
I have recently had my consultation with a doctor and have finally beem given a plan moving forward.

Thank you for the 5* review Salvatore!Between the professional support from Dr Brink, my personal case manager (Shaistha) and the service team (who are always incredibly helpful), I couldn't be happier with the service the BMH provides. Throughout my 20's my hormones were "a mess", along with my mental health. I've now been working with BMH for the past 6 years; I'm 34 years old and not only is my mental health stable, my blood results (inc hormone levels) are the best they've ever been.

Everyone is so helpful from the ladies that answer the phone right through to the specialist and doctors.
There are no questions out of bounds and they talk with you not to you, support you all the way.
Oliver is my case manager and he is absolutely superb, knows his stuff and makes me feel like he's your mate giving you sound advice; exactly what you need.
Everyone is approachable and helpful can't knock it.
The last point to make is that this treatment is absolutely worth it; started as a health check blood test and now my treatment is 6 months in and I feel fantastic.

The medical team always makes sure I have the best level of care ensuring the medication supplied is cost effective and high quality. I've had no cause for concern over the past two years and will be maintaining my care and treatment with them for the foreseeable future. After being on treatment for 12 months I was able to take advantage of additional savings for Testosterone etc. I would still highly recommend giving the team an opportunity to show you how they could take care of you. Any male over the age of 40 with symptoms of low Testosterone such as poor erections, middle aged spread, lack of physical performance at the gym and mental decline etc should be being tested for low Testosterone in my opinion and thats where balancemyhormones.co.uk come into play. My quality of life has improved 10 fold since starting treatment.

The staff are professional and courtious at all times, keeping me up to date and actually advocating on my behalf with the Dr to get me the best and most cost effective option. My advisor Oliver is brilliant always able to answer my queries to my satisfaction and at no point have I felt I was only being offered lip service. This was the same with Daniel. It was a very welcome surprise to have received a personal call from Mike the founder of Balance My Hormones to explain a very small delay. Order Blood Tests
You can order blood tests online or speak to one of our experienced medical case managers who will arrange your blood tests for you and explain how the treatment works.
Meet Your PCM
Attend a telephone consultation with your Personal Case Manager to discuss your symptoms and blood test results. They will answer any questions that you may have about your TRT/HRT treatment.
Doctor Consultation
Attend a face to face remote video consultation with a doctor specialising in advanced hormone therapies for men and women who will discuss your case and treatment options with you.
Treatment
Once approved by the doctor for treatment, you will receive your prescription from a registered pharmacy.
Ongoing Support
We understand that TRT/HRT may become a life long commitment and we are here to support you. You can reach out to our Client Support Team or your Personal Case Manager at anytime should you have any questions or concerns.
