Make no mistake about it, one of our primary motivators as men is to attract the opposite sex. We build careers, play sports and go to the gym to succeed in life. Reproduction is at the heart of all of this: We want to be attractive mates.

This innate drive to succeed and seek out a mate is fuelled by testosterone. And once we run out of it, we no longer have the zest for life we once had.

Low testosterone is toxic to a committed relationship. It’s like when the cops get called out to a house party – the fun is over.

You no longer have interest in sex, you lack confidence and you feel depressed. Your girlfriend – the woman once drawn in by your masculine charm no longer sees you in the same light.

However, if your relationship is on the rocks. The following are some ways TRT could reinvigorate you and bring new life back into your relationship.

    1# Assertivness

It’s no secret that women love a confident and assertive man. Many men have been led to believe that being assertive is the same as being a tyrant. Being assertive and being a controlling, jealous idiot are worlds apart.

When you agree with everything your girlfriend says, you’re actually the opposite of a nice guy. You’re extremely dishonest. Because you forego everything you believe in to please someone else.

In the long run this means your girlfriend will resent you. If you don’t stand by your own convictions, then why should a woman respect you?

Being assertive means being clear about what you want. TRT provides the clarity of thinking to be confident in your own judgement. You won’t have to constantly seek the validation of others.

    2# Restored Libido

You don’t have to feel ashamed about your need for physical intimacy. After all, our species would cease to exist without it. The physical connection between you and your girlfriend is fundamental.

When you have low testosterone, your ability to have sex is greatly diminished. You may not even want to have sex at all. This is a pretty miserable state of affairs for both you and your girlfriend.

TRT restores libido and gives you firmer erections. This is due to increased blood flow to your penis and improved balance of testosterone to estrogen.

So you will regain the kind of sexual appetite you were missing for so long. And your girlfriend will thank you for it.

    3# Decisiveness

It’s Saturday night and you want to go out to dinner with your girlfriend. You can’t make up your mind where to go.

So you ask your girlfriend where she wants to eat. But she tells you she’s not sure. This is because she wants to you lead and decide.

Clearly, you must take into consideration the wants of others. However, if you can’t make decisions as simple as this you’re in for a rocky ride.

Some men become paralysed with indecision when going to the supermarket. “Do I buy pizza tonight or chicken dippers?” Give me a break!

Going on testosterone replacement therapy means you are no longer wishy washy about life. Optimised hormones improve your decision making. You become a man of action and you no longer have time to waste on insignificant crap.

    4# Increased Muscle Mass

The debate about what kind of body women want will rage over internet forums for decades to come. Yet you don’t have to be a huge bodybuilder type to have an attractive physique. As long as you’re regularly going to the gym to build your physique.

It’s not muscles in and of themselves that make you more attractive. It’s the message they convey. Because a weak body signifies a weak mind. Your girlfriend wants to know that you’ll stand firm when the going gets tough.

Provided you train and eat right, testosterone replacement therapy in clinical dosages will result in lean muscle mass.

    5# Energy

Low testosterone saps your energy. You don’t feel much like doing anything. Therefore, it’s unlikely you’re going to have the energy to invest in a meaningful relationship with your girlfriend.

TRT gives you energy and vigour. With this increased energy and vigour comes an air of confidence. When you have optimised hormones women notice and feel your presence. The way you carry yourself is different to other men. You have a swag in your step.

    Final Thoughts

Being unable to have physical intimacy at ANY age is depressing. And low testosterone may well be the culprit.

When you go on TRT, far from being a meathead that is obsessed with sex, you become more compassionate. You’re calmer, more at ease with yourself and in touch with your own emotions.

This is because your energy has been optimised.  So you operate at a higher level than ever before. And in the process you become a better mate.

A solid relationship is built on mutual understanding and compromise.  But your girlfriend still wants you to take the lead.

Indecision and lack of clear thinking will leave you unable to do this. Your relationship will suffer because you cannot fulfil the emotional and physical needs of your partner.

If feel your relationship has slumped, consider if the problem lies with you rather than your partner. Get contact with us and get your testosterone levels checked today.
